How it works...

 

Hire web designers, web developers, programmers on a monthly basis.

  • Depending on the service plan you choose, we will assign you a Technical Account Manager accordingly
  • The TAM will be based in Ireland and will liaise with you in understanding the technical requirement.
  • Once the requirement are defined, from our In-house pool of highly skilled engineers we will assign you an engineer with the specified skill set who you can Interview as well.
  • Your assigned engineer will work directly with you in the same way they would if you were directly employing them. The only difference is that they are carrying out the work in our development centres rather than yours and will be on our payroll.
  • You will be given a Irish or UK direct dial number for the engineer assigned.
  • You can also communicate with them through e-mail, video conferencing and various other chat programs

 

 

Web design, software and web application development on project basis !!

  • Depending on your development requirements we will assign you a Project Manager
  • The Project Manager will be based in Ireland and will liaise with you in understanding the technical requirements
  • Once the requirement are defined (E.g. Deliverables, Costs, Time , Deadlines) the Project Manager will assemble a highly skilled offshore development team from our development centers in India and Pakistan to work on the project
  • This engagement model provides you with a local interface for project management with the cost benefit of offshore development capabilities.
  • However, in some circumstances based on the project requirement we ask before committing that initial requirements gathering, analysis and sometimes design takes place onshore or at the client site with the assistance of our team in the development centre before the development work streams are completed offshore.
  • You will be given an Irish direct dial number for all your offshore team members which will ensure there are no communication problems.
